Recently had the pleasure of working with Marcell and Heinrich when looking for a place to rent. From day 1, Heinrich was so helpful by giving us all the information we needed before filling out the rental form and lodging the application. He was an honest (which is very rare among real estate agents out there!) person who you can trust easily. He patiently showed us around the area and answered alll our questions without hesitation. Throughout the whole process Marcell treat us like a client not just another tenant. He is very knowledgeable about the market and you can make sure the place you are renting is in a good condition with reasonable price. He would probably call all your references which is a good sign. It means he cares about the Property and he is not one of those agents who want to just rent the place to ANYONE and get the money!! We rented an apartment with Britton Real Estate and the service was excellent - the rental process was easy and convenient. We got all the necessary documents. While living in the apartment we got all the notifications on time and the company helped us to prolong our contract without the price increase. The personnel is very friendly, caring and pleasant to talk to. They are eager to help with any problem. There were a couple of regular property checks during the year which were arranged properly and we were notified beforehand. When we had an issue with one electrical device, the company called an electrician, who fixed the problem and it was free for us. I'd definitely recommend Britton Real Estate service.
